We are also happy to provide private tours of the Museum. Let our experienced guides bring you closer to our collection. We can also organise drinks or a meal in our Bistro. 

Prices for private tours (max. 25 people)

During opening hours (11.00 – 17.00, Fri 11.00 – 22.00):
CHF 200 + entry price


Outside opening hours:
CHF 200 + entry price (museum pass not valid)
+ CHF 55 per hour after 17.00.

Entry price without a guided tour


School classes from Cantons BS and BL: free 

All other classes of school children up to 12 years old: free / from 13 years old: CHF 90  

Groups with fewer than 18 students pay a reduced entrance fee of CHF 5 per person.

We offer workshops for school classes and for private groups. For all age groups. For people visually impaired and for those who would like to learn German in the museum.
